Giving Tree, Douglas County United Against Hunger
Help our local Douglas County residents!
The Douglas/Elbert Task Force food bank served more than 15,000 Douglas County residents last year who were in financially distressed situations. It is hard to imagine finding yourself in that situation and facing food insecurity for your family.
This year we're adding a new way of supporting a food drive by offering fresh produce and healthier food options to enhance the normal staples that we'll collect at Safeway stores on March 12.
Please help us reach our online goal by making a generous donation to help those that need a hand up today.
It's easy to get the food that is needed - Simply select the Donate button above, pick out and purchase the fresh produce you would like to donate, and it will be delivered directly to the food bank once the drive is over. You'll receive a tax receipt for your donation via email.
Giving Tree annual food drive is a project of Leadership Douglas County Alumni.
Thanks for your support!
